How to reduce belly fat? This is one question that I get asked so much these days by both guys and girls. It seems that with the obesity epidemic and all the over-size portions, people are just getting fatter and fatter. The sad part is that a lot of people are regulars at their local gyms and yet they never seem to gain any progress when it comes to losing stomach fat and getting those tight six pack abs.
What I’m going to give you here are very simple tips to help you on your journey. At first, you might think that that these are too simple! I honestly don’t like to complicate things and you’ll be surprised what small simple changes in your daily life can do.
When anyone asks me “How to Reduce Belly Fat” I usually tell them this:
- Don’t waste your time doing a zillion crunches a day, it’s not the kind of exercises or the amount that will give you six pack abs, it’s actually something totally different, it’s lowering your body fat percentage.
- Get started on a sound work-out routine as well as a nutrition program. Both are essential for you to succeed and finally get that amazing tight six-pack.
- If you ask me, nutrition is even more important than exercise in this case. Some basic guidelines would be:
- Eat smaller more frequent meals (5-6 meals a day).

- Drink lots of water.
- Eat plenty of vegetables.
- Eat good low glycemic carbs.
- Eat smaller more frequent meals (5-6 meals a day).
These are just some basic tips for your nutrition program. I’m sure that they will be covered in detail in whatever program that you choose to follow. If you want my personal recommendation, I would say that if you’re disciplined and don’t mind getting a little rough on yourself then try Tom Venuto’s Burn The Fat or John Galvino’s How To Get Ripped Abs.
On the other hand, if you prefer to work out at home then I only have one recommendation for you: Turbulence Training by Chris Ballantyne.
How to Reduce Belly Fat? I bet that question is still on your mind and you’re wondering where are the abdominal exercises that people talk about everywhere? No worries, I’ll give you my favourite exercises. Any exercises on an exercise ball are absolutely awesome and really challenge your core. As for off the ball exercises, there is one exercise that is known to be the king of all ab exercises: Hanging leg raises. Here’s a quick video on how to do them:

I had fun understanding this post. I want to see more on this subject.. Thanks for writing this good article.. Anyway, I
bdominal fat loss occurs the same way in seniors as it does in everybody else, BUT it is a little more tricky. When you start to get wiser mentally, sometimes physically things break down more often. This is why a little more car is required, also a few exercises are definitely not advised without training for a couple of weeks to get used to the stress it puts on your body.
You make some very great points that all should follow! I will need to plan out some of them! It for sure aint that easy as the many people make it seem. You really gotta be highly deligent and one should never ever give up. The results will come in due time.
I believe this is a great method to become fit for hardly no expenses. There’s a lot of TV-shows telling people to get all kind of weird equiment. Worth read post.
